Our Story

We first entered the short-term rental space after recognizing a gap in the traditional rental market. Many landlords were facing vacancies, turnover costs, and tenant-related uncertainties, while demand for well-managed, flexible housing continued to grow. Rather than purchasing multiple properties upfront, we chose to build our business through partnerships with home owners.

Our model is straightforward: we lease long-term, pay guaranteed rent on time every month, tend to repairs up to a certain amount and professionally manage the home as a short-term rental. We operate with a hospitality mindset not just as tenants. That means thorough guest screening, professional cleaning between every stay, routine maintenance, and clear house rules designed to protect the property.

We started short-term rentals because it creates alignment, landlords receive predictable income and a hands-off experience, and we are able to cater and build a sustainable business rooted in professionalism, care, and long-term relationships.

• Smart Locks installed on each door. A new code is generated for each guest and codes are deleted upon checkout.

In-House Cleaning Staff

Our entire cleaning staff is hired directly, we don't outsource our cleaning to another company. This allows us to maintain the highest level of quality control over our cleaning standards and ensure a consistently professional level of cleanliness after every stay.
